Product Description
Double Trump is offering PlayOn (TM), a micro-licensing (TM) platform. Software vendors, game portals and other software sellers can offer their software with a pay-as-you-go model, where consumers pay according to the time they have used the title, and never pay more than the list price of the item. They are, in fact, incrementally buying the software while using it, or, "micro-licensing" the software.
PlayOn Arcade, Double Trump's show-case game portal, shows conversion rates that are 60% higher and Average Revenues Per User that is more than twice as much compared to a standard Try-Before-You-Buy site. PlayOn is a turn-key solution that includes software protection, rights management, monitoring, logging and reporting of usage, fulfillment, stored-value account management, revenue reporting and support.

Market Opportunity
The Casual Games market is $750MM in 2006 and projected to grow to over $1.5BB in 2008. Game Portals are constantly looking for ways to increase their ARPU and enhance their site stickiness. The #1 problem in the market is the extremely low conversion rates between trying and buying a game (1% and going down). Double Trump's platform is an attractive turn-key solution that drives up both ARPU, conversion rates and site stickiness.
Standard revenue shares rates in the market for this type of service as between 8-20% of top-line revenues.
